Now after Selecting you API Please follow your Screen and Enter the Account Sid and Auth Token Located on Twilio Home Screen below your Trail Number (But before You do so Please first Buy your Virtual Number on Twilio or your selected API ) when you Put Those details Please click anywhere on the white area on Dialog box and Please wait for few seconds It will automatically fetch those Details That is Required for SMS Ad Setup see below Image 

As You can see after putting your details SMS Ad will fetch Your Number and will Gude your according to your Account Status 

Now after you do so Click on Activate Trail Button

After Clicking Button your Relevant detail will display on Next Screen and your Account will Activate as Demo

To send Single SMS Click on Single Message on Blue Panel at left side see green circle in image

By Clicking Send Single SMS click on the input Field in Send Custom Messages window Named By Mobile No and Put your Number without 00 or + sign and type your Message in the Field below click send , Your will get the message as you click the Send Custom SMS Button

Send Bulk Messages

To send Bulk SMSes Please follow 5 Steps 

• Upload CSV File
• Load your Contacts by Clicking Load All Button
• Sort Contacts According to your package
• Send Branded and Fully Customize SMS 
• clear Your Upload center 

File Format 

You Must Use Comma Delimited ( *.CSV ) format 

How CSV file should be ?

Please follow Instruction and make your file same like shown in Image 

• Make sure your Contacts have no Brackets ()
• Make sure your Contacts have no Dashes __ / -
• Make sure your Contacts have no space 
• Make sure your Contacts have no Alphabets
• Make sure your Contacts have no symbols 

Make sure Your file first row Must have no Headings if you create any Heading you will face troubles in SMS Ad usage (Example "Name ","Number" , "Email" etc) .

Your file will have Two columns Column 0=(A) and column 1=(B) 

column 0 :  Must have Names (if no names you can put smsAd as Name )

Column 1 : Must have digits free from spaces , dashes , Brackets etc

Step 1 : (CSV Upload)

To Upload contacts Please click on the  S1: Contact Upload center Chose your File from your Device 

After Choosing file select Prefix depend on your Package and carriers 00 or +

How do i know where My contacts / Leads Loaded or Not ?

Ans : You can Check for Red Text / Sign ( NOT LOADED Yet ) in Contact Upload center if you see that sign next to your contacts its mean your contacts are not yet loaded in system for Bulk shoot you need to remove that ( NOT LOADED Yet ) Sign once removed you need to follow 1 more step to make it ready for bulk shoot which is known as Not Assigned Yet

How to remove NOT LOADED Yet Sign ?

To Remove NOT LOADED Yet sign follow Below steps 

1. Click on S2 : Sort Mobile Numbers on left side Blue Panel
2. select The Small checkbox Between two buttons Apply Sorting and Load All buttons
3. Now click Load All Button
4. once you click Load All Button wait for it until you see Next page 

go back to contact upload center and check for the Not Loaded yet sign, To check if all contacts are uploaded or not type Not Loaded yet in the search box if you see any contact with the red Sign its mean that all contacts are Not Loaded fully, you have to do the process again (Mostly that happen due to Slow internet connection ), if you do not see any of the Not Loaded yet sign you dont need to repeat it again, you can also confirm that by just going to the sort all mobile numbers page and see if there is a Load all button available or not , If Load all button not available it is mean You have successfully completed the loading process

Step 3 : ( Assigning Stamps )

Remember : This Portion will also change to automation very soon

Assigning Stamps mean you assign your customers to one chat thread

which means they will always receive your messages From source number you have assigned and It will always be under one chat Thread even if you send it in the bulk SMS  shoot

How do i know where My contacts / Leads Assigned or Not ?

Ans : You can Check for Blue Text / Sign ( NOT Assigned Yet ) in Contact Upload center if you see that sign next to your contacts its mean your contacts are not yet Assigned in system for one chat Thread you need to remove that ( NOT Assigned Yet ) Sign, once removed you will be 100% ready for bulk shoot. Check below image.

How to remove NOT Assigned Yet Sign ?

1. Click on S2 : Sort Mobile Numbers on left side Blue Panel
2. Click on Range Drop Down select The Range according to your subscribed Package
3. Now a small technical logic is here you need to understand
4. Even and Odd ( your selected Range Divided into 2 Example you select { 1000 } it divides into =  { 500 Even }  & { 500 Odd } )
5. 1st Select 1000 
6. 2nd select Even
7. click on Big Check box to select all Element / contacts look for blue circle on image below
8. select Your Line or Purchased Source Number from Rented Number Dropdown
9. Click Apply Sorting Button
10. Now Repeat and select Odd 
11. Repeat above same Process for Odd That you have done for Even
12. You are Ready

What i have more than 1 source number ?

1. All process is same but you need to select range 20 instead of 1000
2. once your click are done with Apply Sorting you can now Send Bulk SMS 

1. Visit contact Upload Center and make sure there is no Not Assigned Yet sign
2. on successful operation your Contact Upload center contacts will have an assigned Number under the Source Number

Remember : Process for more that 1 source is a bit hard but we are working on it and that will Automate very soon

Step 3 ( Send Bulk SMS )

To send your Branded Bulk SMS click on S3 : Bulk SMS / Messages

This field include following

Start title : input field at left side of page (To Enable click on Start title checkbox)

you can use this for impressions type headings like Good morning , Good Evening, Domain Name, Hello, Hi, Hey, etc

Names Checkbox :

To include name in you message use this checkbox

your message will look like that With start title & Names

Twilio Account creation Process

Getting Twilio Account is not Easy it suspends very Quickly 

 To set up a successful account on twilio.com please follow below instructions

No VPN :  if you have VPN turn on please turn it off and restart your device /laptop / whatever device you have please restart it to reinstate your IP address

No IP changer :  if you have any type of IP changer on your PC or laptop or any device you have the one from which you will sign up for Twilio account please turn it off and try to get back to your original IP address

Process

• Go to twilio.com Sign up Page

• Before visiting Twilio Open your email address the one that you will use on Twilio sign-up page

• make sure that Email is open to confirm it Quickly

• 2nd Make sure your phone is with you to complete Twilio Phone Verification Quickly

• Please verify Twilio account fast

• little delay will lead you to Twilio Account Suspension

• turn off any VPN

• No IP changing is allowed

• if you have VPN open turn it off and restart your device to reinstate ip address

• All your detail should be valid and truly belongs to you to avoid any suspension

Once You verify your Twilio account Get a Trail Number 

Twilio Trail / virtual Number Process

Getting Twilio Number is Easy 

Once you verify your account please go to the Twilio home screen and click on the get Trail number, By clicking on the get Trail number you will get a Virtual number, but you also have a choice to get any other number, depends on your Choice by clicking on the “search different number” at top right corner of the dialogue, when you click on the get Trail number, another dialogue will appear with information there will be two buttons at bottom right corner

Please Check cost of Number and then click the Blue button Named as Buy Number when you click that You will Purchase a virtual number of your choice that will appear on Twilio home screen, 

To confirm whether you purchase the number or not go to the left menu and click on three dots when you click on that click on  phone numbers and list of phone numbers will display on the screen those phone numbers will be your virtual phone numbers you can also see your phone numbers in SMSAD Dashboard by visiting to My business subscribers Page

SEND BULK SMS TO SAME UPLOADED LIST

If you wish to send Blast to same contact list that you have Uploaded by following our terms and conditions according to your package then follow Below details to Reset Blast procedure for uploaded contact list that you have in contact Center

Question : why will I use blast reset tool ?

Ans : when you send bulk Messages/SMSes one time system has artificial intelligence it catches and note your activities, and it reminds you when you send a blast one time, we are Humans, we can forget our last activity whether we have already sent those bulk messages to that same list or not so for this purpose to avoid such kind of issues which can result in loss of your money we protect you from double cost.

Solution

• Go to  S4:  Edit / Reset Numbers

• There you will see Blast Reset Tool heading

• Under Blast Reset Tool heading there are two(2) buttons one is Blue and one is Green

• Blue named by Step 1: Prepare &  Green Named by Step2 : Reset Uploaded List Blast Procedure

• When you click the blue button under the Blast Reset Tool named as Step1:  prepare 

• All your contacts will start preparing for blast procedure

• Once it is ready, System will tell you automatically that click on the Green button by going back To same page S4:  Edit / Reset Numbers Tab

• Now go back to the same page from Blue panel on the left side named as S4: Edit / Reset Tab

• Once you visit the S4:  Edit / Reset Numbers page again then under the Blast Reset Tool click Green button Named by Step2 : Reset Uploaded List Blast Procedure

• After clicking the Green button you will see that the process initiated again & when that process complete you will see a message with counted contacts which mean that your blast is ready

• Now go back to the S3: Bulk Messages / SMSes

• Now you are ready to send the SMS bulk Messages again to same Uploaded List

  
  

  
  

Why Name Error occurred ? 

Ans : Name Error mostly occurs when you 1st time upload a list with either correct names or with random name (name helps you identify inbox or person in inbox )  so basically you upload name according to contact now those name that you upload 1 time and sort or store it in system the next time when you upload same list with different name Example 

How to know Name Error occurred ? 

Ans : Go to contact upload Center and type Name Error in search bar if you see any contact with name error message its mean you have to solve it before you start sending bulk SMS 

Where i can find Easily name Error list ? 

Ans : Go to NAME ERROR tab on blue panel in dashboard a page will open if you have any number listed its mean you have Name issue, and you need to solve it first to avoid any extra on hold

How to solve name Error/Issue ?

Ans : when you visit Name error page if you have Name error you will see a list

now there is a green button known as update 

click it and follow the recommended option or radio button 

why recommended  ? 

Reason : because when you store or sort contact and send message to that contact now example you send message to Melwen and he received it with his name 

Message 

"Hi Melwen, how are you? "

Until now all ok but if you re-upload list and now name is steave instead of Melwen and melwen get a message with name 

Message 

"Hi steave , how are you ? "

What you think what Melwen will think of the service so to avoid any issue and stop confusing customers please follow recommended 

if you want to update name of the file on system which you think name in file is correct name then follow non-recommended option on the Window dialog appeared for name correction

How it works ?

Ans: You start sending bulk SMS, now suddenly OR after some time your device shutdown due to power loss or any issue and you are either in front of device or may be busy in some other business you dont know what happen dont worry we care about your campaign we have bulk SMS Resuming ability our system know where you campaign stopped system mark it and when you get back and want to confirm where my campaign completed OR Not simply copy message from clipboard located on Bulk message page and Paste it and try to send SMS 

Now your Campaign will start from a place where it stopped

For example, you loaded $100 for 10k campaign, and you start sending chose to scheduled SMS notification now after 13hours 9min which is Expected that you will receive SMS Alert, and it should be but you dont Receive it even after 13 hours 12 minutes 

which mean your Campaign stopped accidentally due to some reasons let suppose 3500 SMSes fired now  

go back to Bulk SMS page which is known as S3: Bulk Message/SMS and copy and paste your message click send button 

you will see that your campaign will Resume from 3500 SMSes it will not start from zero(0) but it will start from 3500 because here at 3500 device shutdown occurred or internet disconnected

How to clean my file

To clean your file follow two applications

1. Excel 

2. Notepad++ 

Excel

Let suppose you have a file with large data and want to clean it. To clean that file open file with Excel 

Click on DATA at top in toolbar at top 

Before you click on the data on the toolbar you need to click the column lets suppose I select the column A and I have names in the column A Now I will click on the DATA because I have already selected the column A When I click the DATA a nested toolbar will appear in the toolbar in Excel 

1. you need to select the Filter icon 

2. when you select the filter icon look at the selected column

3. let suppose we have selected column A

 which we need to clean, so we need to remove blank spaces from that column, and also we need to remove any Comma and other stuff that is not required and  characters that not match your business  

1. Now by moving mouse to the column A

2. Look at the column A there will be a dropdown 

3. Click on the dropdown  and uncheck the checkbox named by select all 

4. Now select one by one all those contacts that have the blank spaces by visiting the end of the dropdown 

5. Click the blank space Checkbox if available or if not available its mean you have No blank spaces 

6. Check  for the other characters or symbols that does not match your Name Sending procedure

Until now, you just removed the blank spaces and extra characters that is not required for your customers name sending procedure. Once you are done here click on the same dropdown again, select the select all checkbox to view all your remaining names

now your next step is to remove unwanted or invalid contacts from your contacts column which is column B By going again to the DATA at the toolbar and selecting the column B by clicking on the filter you will see a dropdown in column B, click on that  dropdown in Column B, repeat the same process we did for column A mean

1. Click Dropdown in Column B

2. Unselect select All checkbox 

3. Select invalid contacts and Blank spaces check boxes

4. Now click outside the Dropdown you will see Blank rows and invalid contacts 

5. Delete those by taking mouse to top remember leave the drawdown row which is the 1st row other than this what you see delete it 

6. To delete follow : click on row number at left side of Excel row will select now Hold shift and click on the last blue row number you see in Excel 

7. Remember blue row mean Row that exist in the list of your CSV file

8.  to delete those rows confirm you have selected all those rows if all rows a selected now right click and click delete rows this will help you delete all those invalid contacts and blank spaces from your column which is column B

9. Save your file now as CSV

Notepad++

Now Locate your file on your device visit that folder/Path

 now right click on that file in popup window you will see notepad++ click on that to edit file with Notepad++ now once the file is open with Notepad++ find out what kind of  symbols are right there if you find any brackets,  spaces,  dashes,  shade that and  hold control press f together then a dialogue will open which will have a lot of options like  find, replace,  Find in files,  Mark,  count.

now what you need to do is to replace all those characters all symbols inside the contact numbers with empty space and bring all the digits together and make them plan text once you do that and you think theres no any other symbol or any extra dishes or spaces between the contact digits then save your file and the most important thing that you need to follow is the end of the Notepad++ file that you just edited go to the end of the file and look for the empty space at the end line if there is any empty space  delete it or remove it by  pressing backspace in keyboard confirm everything is ok a then upload the file

How to Search for and Buy a Twilio Phone Number from Console
